How I work on projects
I always start by properly understanding the situation: what are the goals, challenges and context? No assumptions.
Based on the exploration, I analyse the options and provide clear, practical advice with trade-offs and risks.
I design the solution at the right level of detail, from architecture choices to deployment scripts.
I stay involved as architect to safeguard the architecture during execution. I support engineers, identify risks early and ensure business impact is mitigated in time.
